Shimla city इस हफ्ते high-level security alert में रहा जब National Security Guard (NSG) की special team ने तीन दिन तक Jakhu Hanuman Temple और आसपास के sensitive areas का detailed inspection किया. NSG, जो India की elite counter-terrorism force है, ने पहली बार हाल के सालों में इस hilltop temple की पूरी security arrangements को चेक किया.
क्यों हुआ यह Security Check
Jakhu Hanuman Temple शिमला का सबसे popular religious spot है. हर साल लाखों devotees और tourists यहाँ आते हैं और कई बार VVIP visitors—politicians, foreign delegates—भी इस मंदिर में दर्शन करने पहुँचते हैं. Jakhu Hanuman Temple की Importance
8,000 feet की altitude पर बना यह मंदिर Lord Hanuman को समर्पित है और यहाँ की 108-feet tall Hanuman statue पूरे city से visible है. Religious importance के साथ-साथ यह spot tourists के लिए भी big attraction है. लाखों devotees, domestic और international visitors हर साल यहाँ आते हैं. इतनी heavy crowd को देखते हुए robust security plan बहुत जरूरी है.

Local shopkeepers और regular devotees ने NSG review का welcome किया. उनका कहना है कि professional security audit visitors की safety बढ़ाएगा और tourism को भी positive impact देगा. Residents को उम्मीद है कि नई CCTV coverage और emergency facilities से पूरे area में confidence बढ़ेगा.
